Used Horizontal End Load Cartoner
As one the most common types of cartoners, Horizontal End Load Cartoners are split into two types: automatic and hand-load. Automatic cartoners will construct, fill with product, and seal the carton by itself. Hand-load cartoners, as their name implies, require an operater to fill the cartons with product before they are sealed. Intermittent hand-loaders will stop and start to allow an operator to fill the carton with product whereas continuous motion loaders will continue moving during loading.

This is a fully automatic horizontal cartoner for end loading style cartoning, The machine feeds and opens a sleeve style carton into a single product loading station where the product is loaded into the carton. The loaded carton is fed to the closing section where both ends are glued closed. Finished product is then transferred out of the cartoner ready for case packing into the Econocaser or can be hand packed into customers pre-formed case.
