1) TELESONIC, 2013 Model: TKC-50 Automatic Cup Fill/Seal Machine.
Stainless steel construction, PLC control, printed film registration control, color touch screen, with cup de-nester to fill ground coffee with pre-made capsules. Twin Panasonic servo driven auger fillers, adjustable volume in grams, seal the lid with die cut. Speed up to 25 cycles/min. (50ppm). Air 250 Liter/min. Power: 220 Volt, 3 phase, 36 Amp. 8Kw.
Omron CP1H PLC controller, with Panasonic servo motors on auger, Orion Vacuum pump with Toshiba and Citema (Italian) motors.
The machine is in very good condition. No manuals were provided with it, but operation is relatively straightforward. It could use some fine tuning, as the cup de-nester doesn’t rotate accurately and the sealing head occasionally will get stuck on the down position / crush or not cut the cups properly. Also, includes a new set of cutting blades which will help.
2) TELESONIC, Model: TP-520 Automatic Vertical Form Fill Seal Machine.
Stainless steel construction, Omron PLC control, Panasonic Servo Motors, color touch screen, double servo driven systems, interlocked safety switches, auto film tracking device, film gusset device, nitrogen gas flush, printed film registration control, solid state temperature control to pack up to 20 cups per bag. Speed 30 ppm. 220 volt, 3 phase, 60Hz.
The VFFS is in excellent working condition and is very reliable. There is a sensor in the top funnel which triggers the fill.
